About Me
I'm a mum to 6 children and I have 5 beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy looking after preschool children, they bring me a lot of joy. I love supporting their development and observing the way they learn through play.

My Availability
I am available Monday-Friday, 7.30am-5pm.
I have space on a Tuesday for an under or over-2-years-old.
My Philosophy
I feel it's important to have a daily schedule for the children. Having a familiar structure offers stability and routine, this helps our day evolve naturally and helps the children to feel secure.
We enjoy our learning environment and enjoy being creative. Our home-based play includes a lot of fun learning activities, like arts and crafts, playdough, singing, dancing and reading stories.
My Environment
I live in Waitara, Taranaki.
My home supports my philosophy. We have an abundance of resources to facilitate creative play.
Because we are home-based - not housebound, we make the most of the many resources our community offers. Outings allow us to enjoy and learn from real-world experiences.
We attend Playcentre twice a week, enjoy Mainly Music, we also like to visit local parks often and our zoo.
My Training
I hold the National Certificate in Early Childhood (Level 3 and Level 4) and I have a current first-aid certificate.
