About Me
I have 3 school-aged children. I began teaching in centre-based care, in 2003. When my 2 older children were toddlers, I moved to home-based care.

My Availability
I am available Tuesday-Friday.
Tuesday and Thursday 8am-2:30pm. Wednesday and Friday 8am-3:30pm. I am closed on Monday.
I currently have spaces for an over-2-year-old Tuesday - Friday, I also have spaces for an under-2-year-old Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
My Philosophy
Children learn through play. I follow the child’s lead and observe their individual and current interests. I scaffold their learning to extend their knowledge. I believe in getting down to the child's level when interacting and talking to them.
My Environment
I live in Beach Haven, Auckland.
I provide indoor and outdoor play experiences. These include puzzles, books, trains, a range of art activities and a range of age-appropriate toys. Messy play and water play. Plus, outings with other educators and visits to local playgrounds.
My Training
I hold a CACHE Certificate, National Nanny Certificate, a 3-year Diploma of Teaching ECE and a current first-aid certificate.
