I spent most of my childhood in Waiouru and moved to Hunterville with my family when I was 13. I attended Rangitikei College and graduated in 2021.
I am available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm.
I currently have spaces for under and over-2-year-olds.
I believe in giving children the chance to be independent.
With plenty of opportunities for free play and child lead learning, the children are able to learn at their own rate and in their own way.
Children are able to develop close connections in a home environment with plenty of one on one learning and small group activities.
I live in Hunterville, Whanganui.
Our learning environment has shelves full of activities that I rotate each week, for varied learning opportunities. Children enjoy resources such as puzzles, toy cars, playdough, bubbles, and balls. I have toys to support individual interests and learning development such as numbers, letters and colours. There is an arts and crafts table that is always available for drawing, painting and glueing.
I have a separate sleep-room. And outside we enjoy the use of a sand pit and water table.
I hold the New Zealand Certificate in Early Childhood (Levels 3 & 4) and a current first aid certificate.
