I’m Georgia. I’m currently at home raising my two young children, Katara and Monty. I’ve worked in early childhood education and as a nanny, but nothing has taught me more than becoming a mum. These experiences have deepened my passion for supporting children as they learn and grow in a safe, loving space.
I am available Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm.
I have a space Monday - Friday for an over and under 2-year-old.
My passion for children has led me to create a space where they are not only loved and nurtured, but also free to explore, discover, and develop at their own pace. I believe early childhood is a time of wonder, a stage for authentic expression, meaningful connection, and learning through play.
I look forward to working closely with each whānau to meet the needs of their child, providing a home based environment where they feel secure, inspired, and supported every day.
Based in central Upper Hutt, my home is a spacious and welcoming place for children to play, learn, and connect. I provide a wide range of resources that are rotated regularly to keep play fresh, interesting, and engaging.
Outside, children can jump on the trampoline, enjoy sand and water play, and use the swing and slide set. There is a dedicated area for riding bikes and exploring the natural world around us. I believe nature is one of the best teachers, and I love using simple, everyday moments to support learning.
We also attend Tiny Nation playgroups and explore our local area through visits to parks, nature reserves, and family friendly events. Sometimes we visit my parents’ place, where children can feed the chickens and play in their large backyard.
I have completed a dental assistant course, St John’s first aid courses, courses with psychology and sociology through Whitireia, and more recently have been a programme manager for a construction company
