About Me
I am an experienced nanny and Mum to two children. I have been nannying for the last 20 years and I’ve been with my most recent family for the last 16 years. I enjoy baking with my kids and spending time exploring the outdoors with my family. My daughter and I love doing arts and crafts and lego together.

My Availability
I am available Wednesday-Friday, 7.30am-6pm.

My Philosophy
I believe in providing a nurturing environment, where each child’s individual needs are met. I tune into a child’s developmental age and stage, then provide opportunities to extend their interests and help them develop their learning. I love interacting and having fun with all of the children in my care.
My Environment
My home is in Ascot Park, Porirua. I have a big front yard with ride-ons for the kids. I have plenty of messy play including play-doh, painting and arts and crafts. I have a variety of musical instruments and building blocks. We have dress-ups and plenty of role-play accessories, including a kid's play kitchen. I like taking the kids out to the local playgrounds and music groups. Storytime at the library has been a favourite over the years.
My Training
I have a current first-aid certificate and a national certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care. I have also completed a swimsafe course and baby cares course.
