About Me
I am from South Africa and have recently emigrated to New Zealand. I have a B. ed Foundation Phase degree and I have more than 10 years of teaching experience in the field. My passion is working with children and being creative with them, as well as catering to each child’s individual needs.

My Availability
I am available Monday-Friday, 9am-2.30pm.
I will have space for an over-2-year-old Monday - Friday.
My Philosophy
I believe that each child should develop at their own pace to reach their own potential. I encourage and support children to be respectful, loving and empathetic so that they are prepared to meet and overcome everyday challenges.
My Environment
I live in Springvale, Whanganui.
I offer a big and spacious learning environment for children to explore and play. I have resources to support children’s individual interests, age and stage. Our activities include arts and crafts, imaginative play, puzzles for problem-solving and messy play.
We make the most of community events out and about in the local area, such as Moovers and Groovers and Tiny Nation playgroups and outings.
My Training
In addition to my B. ed Foundation Phase degree, I have completed professional development courses in the following areas: School Readiness, Building Blocks for Learning Foundations, and Managing Problem Behaviour in Children.
