About Me
Preschool children are my absolute passion, I have always enjoyed working with them. I have been an educator for more than 6 years. I really love the home-based atmosphere; children are able to be themselves and be part of a family-friendly environment.

My Availability
I am available Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm.
I currently have a spaces Monday - Friday for children under or over-2-year-olds.
My Philosophy
I believe in child-led learning and I love to expand on individual interests. And in a home-based environment, it is possible to expand those interests in the real world with outings.
I am also passionate about helping children transition to school, supporting them with added responsibility and self-management skills, to grow their confidence.
My Environment
I live in Kenmure, Dunedin.
My home is warm with great outdoor spaces and lots of resources for children to potter around and do activities. Favourite activities include crafts and water play. We have a backyard to explore, complete with bikes. We also have trips out most mornings.
The children in my care also benefit from experiences with my pets, it's an opportunity that they don't all have at home. They enjoy helping to care for my rabbits, dog, cats and fish.
As a former dance teacher of ballet, jazz and Irish dancing, we also enjoy singing and dancing.
My Training
I hold the National Certificate in Early Childhood (Level 4) and a current first-aid certificate.
