I have worked in the ECE sector for over 15 years, I started relieving in centres and then changed to home-based in 2011. I am mum to 3 girls and a boy, my family and I enjoy going on trips to parks, on walks, camping and spending time together - making memories.
I am available Monday- Friday, 7am-6pm.
I currently have spaces for under and over-2-year-olds, Monday-Friday.
I believe that children are unique and are on a journey to success as individuals. I believe that they should be accepted and welcomed for who they are. They each deserve a secure caring learning environment and to have the best start in life.
I believe that a child's achievements are to be celebrated, no matter if it's big or small.
I live in central Whanganui. I have a wonderful fenced backyard that children can explore, with bikes, scooters, balls and a garden that children are free to dig in.
Indoors, we enjoy age-appropriate resources, arts and crafts and baking.
Children are free to explore their imagination and creativity with plenty of free-play opportunities over structured activities. Children are empowered to engage in activities they are interested in pursuing.
I hold a New Zealand Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (Level 4). I also have a current child first aid certificate and have completed a child protection course.
It is my pleasure to recommend Natasha as a childcare provider for Tiny Nation. She is the daycare provider for our son and takes an active role in enhancing his education. She makes sure that he gets enough food, rest and exercise. Natasha also helps (our son) with his toilet training and teaches him to be independent. (Our son) will be moving on to Kindy soon and it will be sad for us to say goodbye to Natasha. (He) and we, as a family, will miss her a lot. Natasha is responsible with children and will be an excellent childcare provider to any child.
I've had the pleasure of having my babies go to Natasha for two weeks when our other lovely teacher from Tiny Nation was unwell.
I was nervous of course but as soon as we met her and transitioned slowly I saw how my babies were so happy and excited to see her.
Natasha is a born nurturer and nothing was too much trouble. She let them show her what they needed. I have very relaxed babies coming home again. They enjoyed music and singing and lots of cuddle time. I totally recommend Natasha for your precious wee darlings Thank you Natasha for everything
