About Me
I have been a home-based educator for over 8 years and a live-in nanny before that, I also have a son of my own. I love what I do - I have the most amazing job! My home is filled with laughter and smiles all day long. I help give children the best start in life.

My Availability
I am available Monday-Friday, 7.30am-5.30pm.
I currently have a space Tuesday and Wednesday for an under or over-2-year-old and a space Thursday and Friday for an over-2-year-old.
My Philosophy
I believe that all children can reach for the stars, when they are in an environment where they are treated with respect and love.
I provide a calm and loving home, jam-packed full of resources. I fully believe that a small ratio is beneficial to learning and development, it allows me to cater to individual needs. It's a privilege to help switch those lights on.
My Environment
I live in the beautiful town of Whanganui. We have the most amazing park to explore, with storybook characters and equipment set amongst the trees and by the river. We also enjoy walking around the corner to feed the deer at the local sanctuary.
We enjoy outings, exploring the natural environment and being present in our community. In my care, children are able to explore their natural environment, learn, grow laugh and play with and alongside others.
We enjoy plenty of space, both inside and out. Our learning space at home is full of resources to support children's learning and development.
My Training
I hold the National Certificate in Early Childhood (Level 3) and I hold a current first-aid certificate.
