About Me
I have been working in ECE for 20 years. I started off in centre-based care and studied for my Bachelor of Education while working at a private childcare centre. I worked there for 13 years in various roles including being a person responsible and lead teacher.
I gained my full teacher registration and practicing certificate while in this teaching role. I left centre based to follow another path which led me to home-based care. I have been running my own home-based care business for 6 years as an educator. I have 2 boys and a husband at home.

I am available Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
I have a space Monday - Thursday for an over-2-year-old.

I’m passionate about positive early learning experiences and offering high quality education and care in my home environment, out in the community and in nature.
I believe in gifting children time. Time to learn, play, and develop in their own time, unhurried and at their pace with positive encouragement.
I believe in creating safe and beautiful learning spaces where children can create and imagine.
My Environment
Your child will be invited into our home, based in Beach Haven, and become part of our whānau.
We have a large fully fenced backyard, garden, patio and deck area for playing and exploring. We love to be in nature and go to parks, beaches, and bush. We have lots of local parks close by. We also go to mainly music and other playgroups.
We enjoy catching up with other educators and their tamariki for play dates.
My Training
I hold a Bachelor of Education ECE. I also have a current first-aid certificate.
