About Me
I am originally from Christchurch settling in Beach Haven on the Northshore about 8 years ago. I am married with one beautiful daughter who has a four-legged fur brother.
I've been a home-based educator for over 7 years.

My Availability
I am available Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm but can start at 7:30 am by arrangement.
I currently have a space Monday - Friday for an under or over-2-year-old.
My Philosophy
I like to think that there are learning opportunities every day. I try to make learning fun, so it just happens.
I like to have a positive, half-glass-full approach and find that children, in a warm, safe environment with small ratios, create stronger connections more quickly.
My Environment
I have a warm home setting. In the summer we enjoy playing outside on the deck, or in the front yard.
I have a range of resources including loose play, toys, waterplay, art, music, dress-ups, and roleplay.
We like to head out into the community and enjoy all that it offers.
My Training
I hold the National Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (Levels 3). I also have a current first aid certificate.
