About Me
Kia ora, I’m Shraddha. I’m a proud mum and a trained engineer with a background in Information Science and Engineering. While I have come from a technical field, my passion has always been in learning and teaching, especially with young children.
My journey into early childhood care has been inspired by my love for working with toddlers. I find so much joy in their curiosity, energy, and all the little moments of discovery that happen through play. Watching them explore, learn, and express themselves in their unique ways is incredibly rewarding, and I am committed to creating a space where their talents and personalities can shine.

My Availability
I am available Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm.
I have a space Monday - Friday for over and under 2-year-olds.
My Philosophy
To me, teaching is not just about guiding children. It is also about learning from them, their families, and the people around us. Each day, I aim to bring a positive attitude and an open mind, creating a space where children feel safe, supported, and confident to be themselves.
My Environment
My learning environment is built around play based learning, tailored to each child’s interests, age, and learning style. I enjoy using books and visual storytelling to spark imagination and conversation, helping children explore new ideas and connect with the world around them.
I follow a flexible but structured routine that allows for creativity, movement, and hands on learning. Children are encouraged to be curious, engaged, and involved throughout the day.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus in Information Science.
