I am very family-orientated. I am a mother to 4 children and a grandmother to 9. I have been working in early childhood education and care for over 16 years.
I am available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
I have space Monday- Friday for an over-2-year-old.
I enjoy being around children. I love helping them to experience all the joys of being a child. I feel very lucky to be part of their lives and journey, as well as part of their families.
I am based in Naenae, in the Hutt Valley, Wellington.
I provide a warm, supportive ‘home away from home’. I have a range of activities to support children’s development such as books, painting, drawing, playdough, gardens, planting, building blocks, singing and dancing, etc.
We visit the local parks in summer, visit other educators' homes for playdates, enjoy community walks, and attend playgroups.
I incorporate Te Ao Māori within my interactions, language, and environment.
I hold the NZQA National Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (Level 4). I also have a current first-aid certificate. I have completed additional courses on health and safety and child protection.
