About Me
I worked as a caregiver in a rest home for five years but I have always wanted to work with children. When I moved to Palmerston North, I knew it was the right time for me to pursue my career change and I have been working as a home-based educator ever since.

My Availability
I am available Monday-Friday,
8:30am-3:30pm (negotiable).
I currently have two spaces for over 2's from the beginning of May.
My Philosophy
I believe in providing a child-led learning environment and in creating a learning programme that is centred around children's individual interests and developmental stages.
I am passionate about offering a heuristic and Montessori approach to childcare. It's my aim to create a ' home away from home' for children to feel supported, nurtured and encouraged in all that they do.
My Environment
I live in Awapuni, Palmerston North.
My home has a dedicated playroom and offers an abundance of toys and educational resources for the children to interact with and enjoy.
We love sensory and messy play, music, jumping jellybeans, water play, being out in nature and regular outings in our community.
My Training
I hold the National Certificate in Early Childhood (Level 4) and a current first-aid certificate.
