About Me
I began home-based childcare when my now 6-year-old was 9 months old. I wanted her to have a childcare environment whilst also having the privilege of staying home together. I've always had a passion for teaching young children, I have previously been a music and a dance teacher.

I am available Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm.
My Philosophy
I have a flexible approach to childcare. I like to adapt to the needs of each child, individually.
I believe that taking the child's lead, whilst providing a safe and fun learning environment, provides the child with joy for learning at their own pace.
My Environment
I am based in Napier, Hawke's Bay. I have a big open living space, with a great indoor-outdoor flow. My home provides children with the flexibility to explore independently. I have a large lawn with play equipment to meet every age, need and stage.
We enjoy learning through craft and music, as well as exploring out and about in nature.
My Training
I am enrolled to study for my diploma in Early Childhood Education (home-based care). I also have a current first-aid certificate.
