My Philosophy
I believe that children learn best when they're loved and nurtured within a secure and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, independence, and creativity.
I aim to create meaningful and relevant experiences that enhance and support children's development where they are encouraged to learn at their own pace and in their own unique way.
I value the importance of children knowing that their culture, values, and ideas are respected and celebrated. I acknowledge the crucial need for parents and whānau to make contributions to their child's learning by ensuring that reciprocal and responsive relationships are built and maintained with each child’s family.
My vision is to encourage children to grow up as confident and competent learners and communicators, empowering them to reach their full potential.
