I aim to create meaningful and relevant experiences that enhance and support children's development where they are encouraged to learn at their own pace and in their own unique way.
I value the importance of children knowing that their culture, values, and ideas are respected and celebrated. I acknowledge the crucial need for parents and whānau to make contributions to their child's learning by ensuring that reciprocal and responsive relationships are built and maintained with each child’s family.
